Any chance I can sell someone else's kidney to get this volume??? :-) Thanks for pointing out this work and I hope at some point to be able to access it and enjoy the contents myself. Perhaps your recommendation that the likes of Cambridge University Press (or some other who might be able to acquire the rights) will indeed find a way to reduce the cost and make this volume more accessible.

Yes, I am hoping for a paperback version that would be around $60. That would make it palatable. Until then, any decent seminary or university library should have a copy of it for check out. That may be most students' best hope.
