I'm intrigued. Do you know if McGrath's said whether he prefers the more allegorical style of Chronicles of Narnia or the creation of alternate history, as in Lord of the Rings?

Or is this a false dichotomy anyway? =)
Here's an interesting old blogpost on Narnia vs. Middle Earth

Dr. McGrath is working much more in the realm of Narnia. The book carries a strong allegory and will serve to help children view their own world and faith in a new way.
